What does your company have in common with a Circus? What can you learn from a circus?
A lot more than you really think about, that is for sure!
Being a business owner is a lot sexier, more glamourous than selling an automobile or some type of part for a machine but in truth it is all the same stuff, processes and procedures and movements, with all the same but different challenges. Selling products, therories or services isn't that simple as running a big show event or a carnival game in the Midway.
There both highly diverse, the both of a target driven audience - they are both looking with people that buy and have cashflow to spend, and they both want to reach the maximum audience in a way that takes time, focus, effort and lots of challenge to get there.
And, each of them consistently influeces each others, target market, consumers, and people in to which direction they will move towards which is swayed with what people say or don't say in their information sharing on what is good and bad in the circus, the products purchased, the services rendered and most of all the customer service they recieved IN WHOLE, mind you.
The reward is to be scanned, perused and watch very carefully, keep the interest up and work just a bit harder than before to keep them coming back or remembering you when they need something.
